ELECTION OF 2019 PPHOA OFFICERS
January 9, 2019
During the January meeting, the Board Elected, and voted in officers for 2019. Prior to officer elections, the board appointed Mr. Mike Walker to fill the 7th seat on the board of directors so serve the remainder of, elected, Pete Kogler who resigned. Congratulations Mike!Â

HOA ANNUAL MEETING
December 15, 2018
6:30 pm in the Community Club House. Come and enjoy refreshments and find out what's going on in your community. This meeting will serve as the annual meeting of the members, and voting will be taking place during this meeting.
ATLANTIC FENCE COMPANY
December 10, 2018
Workers from Atlantic Fence Company will be visiting the community between Monday, 12/10, and Thursday, 12/13, to gather information for an estimate, and to enter a bid to repair the perimeter fence. All vehicles will be marked properly.
DATE CHANGE FOR DECEMBER MEETING
November 18, 2018
In an attempt to allow the greatest number of PPHOA Board Members an opportunity to attend the December meeting of the members, we are moving the December Meeting from Tuesday December 11, to Saturday December 15th. The time will remain the same.Â
Please Note: Voting will be taking place at this meeting, as well as a continued conversation about the referendum that was sent out with the ballots.

We would like to express our greatest appreciation to all of the hard work that our current board members, Scott Billings and Debbie Perry, have done over the past two years. Scott and Debbie are nearing the end of their two year term serving on the board, and have decided to not run for re-election. Thank you Debbie, and Scott for your commitment, and hard work to bettering our community.

CORRECTION TO 2019 VOTING BALLOTS
November 12, 2018
Please Note: there were two spelling errors that occured on the 2019 Voting Ballots that were sent out earlier this month. Instead of sending out a new, adjusted, copy of the ballots please make note of the following changes: candidates Pete Kogler, and Faye Perdue were mispelled, and the correct spelling is as stated above.
We have also had an additional homeowner reach out regarding their interest in running to serve on the board, after we sent out the ballots. Michael Walker, who lives on Royal Court, has expressed his desire to help the community by serving on the board. Although we can not add an additional candidate, at this time, we are encouraging homeowners to write his name in on the ballot, if they choose to do so.

Our Community Pool will close for the season October 1, so that we can finalize repairs on the drainage system around the pool area

POOL REOPENED!!!
July 1, 2018
Our Community Pool will be Reopening, as of July 1st, 2018! Our pool deck has been repaired, and resurfaced and it is now safe to go back into the pool once again!
POOL CLOSING

Our pool will be closed from Monday, June 25th, through Saturday, June 30th for repairs to be made to the pool deck, and walls.
